Legal and privacy questions answered

Your active account data (deposits, withdrawals, game history) is immediately moved to archive status. We retain the archived copy for seven years for regulatory compliance, then delete it. You can request a final data download before closure via Settings > Account > Data Export.

Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Data Request and choose 'download my data'. We'll email you a full export of your profile, registration details, payment history, and game logs within 14 days. This file is encrypted and sent to your registered email only.

When you first withdraw, we confirm your registered name, email and payment method match your bank or digital wallet account. Large withdrawals (over Rp 5,000,000) trigger an additional phone or email verification step. This depends on local law and anti-fraud rules in force at the time.

No. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, your payment goes directly from your wallet to our licensed payment processor, which then credits your bolakawan account. We never store your wallet login or PIN. Only the transaction record and your account balance appear on our servers.

We can delete non-essential data (browsing history, session logs) on request, but account and financial data must be retained for seven years where local law requires it. Submit a deletion request via [email protected] and we'll outline which data can be purged and which must stay for compliance.

We do not sell your personal data. We share game-behaviour analytics (which games are popular, lobby traffic patterns) with our game studios and payment partners to improve the platform, but no individual identifiers are included.
